SC TYPE
SC type oil seal, also known as spring-loaded single-lip seal, is mainly composed of rubber body, steel skeleton and clamping spring. The rubber body has elasticity and sealing performance, and is the core part to realize the seal.
SC type oil seals show extraordinary strength in the field of sealing by virtue of its unique structural design. The combination of a single main lip and a built-in spring is exquisite, with the main lip accurately adhering to the surface of the shaft body and the spring exerting constant and stable pressure to form a tight sealing barrier and prevent lubricant leakage even when the equipment is in a high-speed rotating state.
At the same time, the sealing lip is finely machined and molded with low friction characteristics, which ensures the sealing effect and significantly reduces wear and tear on the shaft body, extending the service life of the equipment and providing a reliable guarantee for the stable operation of rotating equipment.
